When the buffet table is presented in an attractive way, the food will taste even better. To maintain freshness throughout the serving time, it is important that the food at the correct temperature – warm enough or just enough cold.
Cooling plates is of low temperature with the cooling pack. The shape is simple with smooth surfaces that make cleaning easy
Made of stainless steel.
The cooling plate will freeze in the freezer to -18 degrees Celsius. Once taken out of the freezer, the temperature will rise to approx. +1 degree and rise 1 degree every 30 minutes, after 120 minutes the temperature will be approx. +5 degrees
The cooling plate doesn´t have a power cord to plug to the outlet. It contains of a two pieces stainless steel cover and a separate cooling block. And you just keep the cooling block into a freezer before you put it into the stainless steel cover.
