To maintain freshness throughout the serving time, it is important that the food at the correct temperature – warm enough or just enough cold.

Each heating plate has an adjustable thermostat. Adjustable from 1-10.
No. 10 is approx. 100 degrees C.
After the power cord has been plugged to the outlet and the switch has been in ON position it takes approx. 5-10 minutes
for the surface to get warm. To keep the heat the plug has to be plugged to the outlet. There is no accumulating material in
the heating plate and the heating plate will therefore cool down quite fast after it has been unplugged.
