Warehousing Equipment has been selected to provide its materials handling solution to the new Caterpillar Melbourne Distribution Centre to move parts throughout this new complex.

Caterpillar will utilise Tiger Tow tractors to tow trains of 8 ton self steer trailers for movement of parts with in the old & new complex.

Tiger Tractors & self steer trailers are used continuously with tractors dropping off fully loaded trailers at set unloading & loading points.

This saves use of forklifts to move goods long distances.

Taylor-Dunn Tiger tractors are universal internal combustion LPG powered engines design to tow large loads like Cat parts in warehouse complexes just like Caterpillars new set up.
