The challenge
The hospital required equipment compatible with an AGV system, alongside practical movement between new and existing buildings and in areas outside the automated system.
The solution
Warequip designed and constructed AGV-compatible linen transport trolleys and provided powered towing devices adaptable to the compatible trolley fleet.
The application
The combination of automated transport, powered tugs and powered trolleys supported movement of food, linen, waste and clinical goods through the hospital.
